I’m late with my payment, what do I do?
Are you late with your payment, or are you having trouble paying this month? Then you should contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the easier it’ll be to find a solution.
I think my case is wrong, what should I do now?
If you want to contest a case, you must contact us immediately and explain the reason why you dispute this. We will then take the matter further and contact the original creditor to check this and provide feedback to you. During that time, we pause the collection process.
What interest do I have to pay?
We, as a debt collection company, cannot influence the interest rate, but it is a contract that you have entered into with the original creditor. Should such an agreement be missing, the Interest Act of each Country applies.
